1.1. Aims of the course

The subject and its expected results respond to the following approaches and objectives:
1. General objectives of the course:
• Verify the acquisition by the student of the knowledge and methodology sufficient for incorporation into the
Field of Medical Research
• To allow and favor the incorporation of graduates in doctoral studies,
O Promote training and improvement in biomedical research,
O To stimulate and favor the incorporation into teams and lines of research, in order to further develop its

2. Specific objectives: Demonstrate the student's ability to:
• Posing problems in new clinical and research environments,
• Integrate knowledge and formulate research hypotheses based on a critical review of the knowledge,
• Understand and apply research methodology at the basic, clinical or experimental level.
• Study in a self-directed manner and communicate their findings in public with efficiency and accuracy.

1.2. Context and importance of this course in the degree

The completion, presentation and defense of the Master's Degree Work completes the Master's curriculum,
Manifests the ability of the student to integrate, apply and develop different conceptual and methodological aspects learned during the Master's Degree, to perform and publicly present a basic, cynical, applied or translational in the field of Medicine.
In many cases it could be the doctoral thesis project, which will be carried out later

It is a compulsory subject of 16 credits, of eminently practical scope, which culminates the Master's Program of Studies, once the 44 credits (24 compulsory subjects and 20 electives) have been completed and consists of the realization and presentation of a Work / Structured Research Project, suitably directed and supervised by a Professor of the Faculty of Medicine of Zaragoza

Have completed and passed the compulsory and optional subjects of the Master and justify obtaining 44 credits.

 

2.1. Competences

By passing the subject, the student will be more competent to ...
• Perform a critical analysis of a biomedical scientific article,
• Develop a research project,
• Know and use experimental models,
• To adequately quantify the biomedical results,
• To know and apply the ethical and legal norms of medical research.
• Start the PhD and, if necessary, start the Doctoral Thesis. In many cases (this could be roject of doctoral thesis, which will be carried out later)

2.2. Learning goals

2.3. Importance of learning goals

The competences that form this subject are relevant because it allows:
• Identify research problems and operationalize their formulation according to research design selected.
• Identify the different research designs
• Develop basic skills to select and apply research designs
• Maintain a critical spirit, based on clinical reasoning and existing scientific evidence.
• Plan the process of setting up and developing a research study characteristics of the study and the ethical principles for the decision-making process guided by the method scientific.
• Analyze and synthesize the research results, for their criticism
• Transmit the research results to the rest of the scientific community in different models of presentation.

3.1. Assessment tasks (description of tasks, marking system and assessment criteria)

The student must demonstrate that he has achieved the anticipated learning outcomes through the following evaluation activity:
 
Presentation and defense before a Court, of a Work related fundamentally to research in Medicine.

For its evaluation, the student must submit a written report, accompanied by the material that is deemed appropriate, as well as perform his public defense before a court
 
Evaluation activities:
The defense of the Final Master's Works will be held in public session, on the established dates, during the academic period and before the court appointed for that purpose. The exhibition will have a maximum duration of fifteen minutes, which can be followed by a debate with the members of the court on its content

After the defense of the work, the members of the court must issue an individualized report, assessing both the quality of the work, as well as its exposure and defense. The court, in view of them, will rate the work and a minute will be issued, which must be signed by all the members of the court, which will include the qualification granted.
 .
The director of the Final Master's Project and, where appropriate, the speaker, will be able to transfer to the court as many observations as they deem necessary to facilitate the understanding and evaluation of the work. In any case, they must be heard by the court before the latter agrees, in its case, the negative evaluation of the Final Master's Project.

In the event of a negative evaluation, the court must issue a report detailing the deficiencies of the work, both methodological and content, that have led to such consideration.

For each student an act will be issued, which must be signed by all the members of the court, in which the qualification will be recorded.

For the possible claims to the qualification the procedure established by the Regulation of Exams and Tests of Evaluation of the University of Saragossa will be followed (agreement of Board of Government of 25 and 26 of April of 1996).

The request for review of qualification must be formulated in a reasoned manner by writing to the Commission
Teaching of the Faculty of Medicine. It will be admitted for processing only if the issuance of the title has not been requested.

Court
The evaluating court or courts shall be appointed in accordance with the provisions established for that purpose by the Commission of Quality guarantee of the degree.

Each evaluation board will be composed of three PhD members who will be proposed by the Quality Assurance Committee of the Master and at least two of them will be professors of the University of Zaragoza. The investigative staff of the University of Zaragoza or of Mixed Centers will also be able to form part of the courts, with the corresponding requisites in their case.
 
Presentation and Defense
The defense will be made once the student has passed the rest of the subjects or subjects that lead to the obtaining of the official title, and within the course in which he / she would have enrolled or in the next one.

The student will have to proceed to the public defense of the final master's work before the corresponding evaluating court, within the periods that each center establishes for the purpose, at least two per course.

The student may submit a maximum of two times. After this period has elapsed without the defense having been overcome, the student must re-enroll.

The defense of the Final Master's Works will be held in public session, on the established dates, during the school period and before the full court.

The exhibition will have a maximum duration of fifteen minutes, which can be followed by a debate with the members of the Court on its exhibition, contents and methodology.

Qualification
The qualification of the work will be done with the same scale as the rest of the subjects of official degrees. In the event that the grade is less than five, the court will indicate the defects assessed, indicating the modifications that will be necessary to carry out in the work or a new defense of the same.


EVALUATION CRITERIA
It refers to the weighting in% of the final grade, in relation to the different aspects of the work, both in relation to its structure and content, as well as its presentation and defense before the Court:

Each member of the Court will previously evaluate the Master's Final Projects presented, in accordance with the following criteria: a. Type of work: 0-2/  b. Structure: 0-2/ c. Presentation: 0-1/ d. Extension: 0-1 and. Bibliography: 0-1

Likewise, each member of the Court will evaluate the exhibition and defense of the Master's Works presented: 0-3

The final grade will be the result of the arithmetic mean of the grades (Total), presented by each member of the court
 
The qualification will be carried out on a numeric scale from 0 to 10, with the expression of a decimal, to which may be added the corresponding qualitative qualification: 0- 4.9 Suspension (SS). 5.9-6.9 Approved (AP) - 7.0- 8.9 Notable (NT). 9.0- 10 Outstanding (SB)..
 

 

 

4.1. Methodological overview

The Master's Dissertation will be an autonomous work consisting on the elaboration of a report or project in which the student will demonstrate the knowledge, skills, aptitudes and attitudes acquired throughout the Master's degree. It will be a personal and original written work supported by the adequate sources, and if required, it will be accompanied of the materials deemed appropriate in accordance with the procedures established by the Center. 

It is regulated by the Agreement of September 11, 2014, of the Governing Council of the University, which approves the Regulations for the final degree and master's degree projects at the University of Zaragoza

Leading.
1. The Master's Thesis will have at least one director, and in his case, a co-director to supervise and supervise the student's work.

2. The director or co-director must belong to the staff of teaching staff of the University of Zaragoza and / or one of the areas of knowledge linked to the corresponding degree, or must be part of the research staff of the University of Zaragoza. Zaragoza or Mixed Centers. The Quality Assurance Committee of the degree may exempt any of these conditions from recognized professionals by issuing a favorable reasoned report.

3. When the above conditions are not met or excepted, it will be necessary to appoint a professor or member of the research staff of the University of Zaragoza who complies with them and who assumes the duties of speaker, endorsing the adequacy and quality of the work presented.

4. In order to direct the master's degree projects, the doctor status will be necessary. Exceptionally, the Quality Assurance Committee of a master's degree may authorize the address or co-direction to non-doctorate professors with a reasoned report.

5. The Quality Assurance Committee of the degree may establish the procedure for assigning the address of Master's thesis, taking into account the specificities of the latter.

6. The subject of the work will be established in agreement between the student and his director. Ultimately, the Quality Assurance Commission of the degree will guarantee the assignment of subject and director for all enrolled students. It corresponds to the director the validation and protection of the process of realization of the work.

7. The direction of the works will be reflected in the teacher's Plan of Teaching Plan and will be recognized in the terms established in the normative dispositions of this University.
 
 
 
 

4.2. Learning tasks

The Final Master's Thesis (TFM) will constitute an autonomous and personal work of the student and will consist in the realization of a memory or project in which the knowledge, abilities, aptitudes and attitudes acquired by the student throughout the It will show the student's ability to integrate, apply and develop different conceptual and methodological aspects learned during the Master, to make and publicly present a basic, cynical, applied or translational research project in the field of Medicine. They will contain enough elements of personal creation and will adequately quote all the sources used. The theme of T.F.M. It will be established in agreement with the director or directors.

The Quality Assurance Committee of the Master's Degree in Initiation to Research in Medicine does not establish special norms in terms of extension or binding, although logically it must include and develop fundamental aspects such as: Title, Author / Director, Abstract / Abstract, Index, Justification of the topic, Introduction / bibliographic review / Current state of knowledge, Objectives, Material and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, Bibliography
 
PRESENTATION AND CALLS OF THE T.F.M.
The presentation of the Master's Thesis proposal will be made in the Center's Secretariat: from the registration to the last week of May, in a standardized model (Annex I), which must contain the following aspects: , 2. Summary of the work to be developed, where the context, problems and objectives of the proposal will be indicated, 3.See good and acceptance of the Director.

In a period of time that will not extend beyond the end of the month following its presentation, the proposals of the Works will be informed by the Academic Committee of the Master, which may approve, reject, or request the student or the director information complementary on them.

There are two calls for the defense of the Works, according to the schedule established by the corresponding courts, in accordance with the academic calendar: June 20 to July 15 and September 5 to 20, which will be communicated to the students enrolled and will be exposed in public information spaces adapted for that purpose, in the Secretariat of the Faculty of Medicine, with a minimum of 15 calendar days in advance and in which place, date and time and composition of the Courts will be specified and list of the students summoned.

You can consider an extraordinary call in December proposed by the Quality Assurance Committee of the degree.

Proposal
Presentation of the Final Master Project proposal, in a standardized model * (Annex I), which must contain the following aspects: Projected title. Place and dates of presentation: Secretariat of the Center: From the registration to the last week of the month of May. In a period of time that does not extend beyond the end of the month following its presentation, the
Proposals of the Works will be informed by the Academic Committee of the Master, who will be able to approve them, reject them, or ask the student or the director for additional information about them.

Calls
There are two calls for the defense of the Works, according to the schedule established by the corresponding courts: June 20 to July 15 and September 10 to 20, which will be communicated to the students enrolled and
they will be displayed in public information spaces adapted for this purpose, in the Departments and the Secretariat of the Faculty of Medicine, with a minimum of 15 calendar days in advance and in which the place, date and time and composition of the Courts will be specified and a list of the students summoned ,.

In response to possible allegations, or to any comments of the court prior to the defense, the author or director / s or, where appropriate, speaker, may decide to keep it in its original state, introduce modifications, or withdraw it, at any time before starting the defense.

In the event that the withdrawal of the Master's Project is decided, the entire deposit and defense process must be restarted.

Work deposit
The student must deposit his master's thesis in the manner in which the center has arranged, with the approval of the director or co-directors, during the twelve months following his enrollment. Once the previous term has elapsed without the deposit having been made, the student must re-enroll.

The Works will be deposited in the Secretariat of the Center, once they have surpassed the 44 necessary previous credits for their defense.

Format of the deposit: The works will be presented according to the official formats and guidelines of the University of
Zaragoza, unless the content of the material requires a dynamic format.


The Quality Assurance Committee of the Master's Degree in Initiation to Research in Medicine does not establish special norms in terms of extension or binding, although logically it should include fundamental aspects such as: Title, Author / Director, Abstract / Abstract, Index, Justification subject, Introduction / bibliographic review / Current state of knowledge, Objectives, Material and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, Bibliography

The final thesis will be part of the bibliographic corpus of the University of Zaragoza as a result of the academic production of its students.
 
For this purpose, a procedure for electronic deposit will be enabled in the document repository of the
University of Zaragoza (ZAGUAN). This procedure will be prior and mandatory to the public defense of the works.

In any case, the archive of the master's thesis will guarantee the author's rights in accordance with the provisions of current legislation the centers may request from the students the number of paper copies they consider appropriate *, without imposing requirements on the binding:

1.1. Objetivos de la asignatura

La asignatura y sus resultados previstos responden a los siguientes planteamientos y objetivos:

1. Objetivos generales de la asignatura:

  • Comprobar la adquisición por el alumno de  los conocimientos y metodología suficientes para su incorporación en el ámbito de la Investigación en Medicina
  • Permitir y favorecer la incorporación de los egresados en los estudios de doctorado,
    • Promover la formación y perfeccionamiento en investigación en biomedicina,
    • Estimular y favorecer la incorporación a equipos y líneas de investigación, para ulteriormente desarrollar su propia actividad investigadora

2. Objetivos específicos: Demostrar la capacidad del alumno  para:

  • Plantear problemas en entornos clínicos y de investigación nuevos,
  • Integrar conocimientos y formular hipótesis de investigación a partir de una revisión crítica de los conocimientos,
  • Comprender y aplicar la metodología de la investigación a nivel básico, clínico o experimental.
  • Estudiar de modo autodirigido y comunicar sus conclusiones en público con eficacia y precisión.

1.2. Contexto y sentido de la asignatura en la titulación

La realización, presentación y defensa del Trabajo Fin de Máster, culmina el plan de estudios del Máster, poniendo de manifiesto la capacidad del alumno de integrar, aplicar y desarrollar diferentes aspectos conceptuales y metodológicos aprendidos durante el Máster, para  realizar y presentar públicamente un Proyecto de Investigación básica, cínica, aplicada o translacional en el ámbito de la Medicina.

En muchos casos podría tratarse del proyecto de Tesis doctoral, que realizará ulteriormente

1.3. Recomendaciones para cursar la asignatura

Haber cursado y superado las asignaturas obligatorias y optativas del Master  y  justificar la obtención de 44 créditos.

2. Presentación y contexto general de la asignatura

Se trata de una Asignatura obligatoria de 16 créditos, de ámbito eminentemente práctico, que culmina el Plan de Estudios del Máster,  una vez superados los 44 créditos (24 de Asignaturas obligatorias y 20 de optativas) y que consiste en la realización y presentación de un Trabajo/ Proyecto de Investigación estructurado, convenientemente dirigido y tutorizado.

2.1. Competencias

 

Al superar la asignatura, el estudiante será más competente para...

  • Realizar un análisis crítico de un artículo científico biomédico ,
  • Elaborar un proyecto de investigación,
  • Conocer y utilizar adecuadamente modelos experimentales,
  • Cuantificar estadísticamente de forma adecuada los resultados biomédicos,
  • Conocer y aplicar las normas éticas y legales de la investigación médica.
  • Iniciar el doctorado y en su caso iniciar la realización de la Tesis Doctoral. En muchos casos (podría tratarse del proyecto de Tesis doctoral, que realizará ulteriormente)

2.2. Resultados de aprendizaje

La realización, presentación y defensa del Proyecto Fin de Máster, culmina el plan de estudios del Máster, poniendo de manifiesto la capacidad del alumno de integrar, aplicar y desarrollar diferentes aspectos conceptuales y metodológicos aprendidos durante el Máster, para  realizar y presentar públicamente un Proyecto de Investigación básica, cínica, aplicada o translacional en el ámbito de la Medicina.

En muchos casos podría tratarse del proyecto de Tesis doctoral, que realizará ulteriormente.

2.3. Importancia de los resultados de aprendizaje

Las competencias que forma esta asignatura son relevantes porque permite: 

  • Identificar problemas de investigación y operativizar su formulación de acuerdo al diseño de investigación seleccionado.
  • Identificar los distintos diseños de investigación
  • Desarrollar habilidades básicas para seleccionar y aplicar diseños de investigación
  • Mantener un espíritu crítico, basado en el razonamiento clínico y la evidencia científica existente.
  • Planificar el proceso de puesta en marcha y desarrollo de un estudio de investigación  atendiendo a las características del estudio y los principios éticos para el proceso de toma de decisiones que guía el método científico.
  • Analizar y sintetizar los resultados de investigación, para su crítica
  • Transmitir los resultados de investigación al resto de la comunidad científica en diferentes modelos de presentación.

 

3.1. Tipo de pruebas y su valor sobre la nota final y criterios de evaluación para cada prueba

El estudiante deberá demostrar que ha alcanzado los resultados de aprendizaje previstos mediante la siguiente actividad de evaluación:

Presentación y defensa ante un Tribunal, de un Trabajo relacionado fundamentalmente con la investigación en Medicina.

Para su evaluación, el estudiante deberá presentar una memoria escrita, acompañada del material que en su caso se estime adecuado, así como realizar su defensa pública ante un tribunal.

  • Actividades de evaluación:

La defensa de los Trabajos Fin de Master se realizará en sesión pública, en las fechas establecidas, en periodo lectivo y ante el tribunal nombrado a tal efecto. La exposición tendrá una duración máxima de quince minutos, a la que podrá seguir un debate con los miembros del tribunal sobre su contenido

Tras la defensa de los trabajos, los miembros del tribunal deberán emitir un informe individualizado, valorando tanto la calidad del trabajo, como su exposición y defensa. El tribunal, a la vista de los mismos, calificará el trabajo y se emitirá un acta, que deberá ser firmada por todos los miembros del tribunal, en la que constará la calificación otorgada.

El director del Trabajo Fin de Master y en su caso el ponente, podrán trasladar al tribunal cuantas observaciones consideren necesarias para facilitar la comprensión y valoración del trabajo. En todo caso, deberán ser oídos por el tribunal antes de que éste acuerde, en su caso, la evaluación negativa del Trabajo Fin de Master.

 En caso de que se produzca una evaluación negativa, el tribunal deberá emitir un informe en el que se detallen aquellas deficiencias del trabajo, tanto metodológicas como de contenido, que hayan llevado a tal consideración.

 Para cada estudiante se emitirá un acta, que deberá ser firmada por todos los miembros del tribunal, en la que constará la calificación otorgada.

 Para las eventuales reclamaciones a la calificación se seguirá el procedimiento establecido por la Normativa de Exámenes y Pruebas de Evaluación de la Universidad de Zaragoza (acuerdo de Junta de Gobierno de 25 y 26 de abril de 1996).

 La solicitud de revisión de calificación deberá formularse de manera razonada mediante escrito dirigido a la Comisión de Docencia de la Facultad de Medicina. Será admitida a trámite sólo si no se ha solicitado la expedición del título.

Tribunal

El tribunal o los tribunales evaluadores serán designados conforme a lo establecido a tal efecto por la Comisión de Garantía de Calidad de la titulación.

Cada tribunal evaluador estará integrado por tres miembros doctores que serán propuestos por la Comisión de Garantía de Calidad del Master y al menos dos de ellos serán profesores de la Universidad de Zaragoza. También podrán formar parte de los tribunales, con los requisitos que correspondan en su caso, el personal investigador de la Universidad de Zaragoza o de Centros Mixtos.

Presentación y Defensa

La defensa se realizará una vez que el estudiante haya superado el resto de las materias o asignaturas que lleven a la obtención del título oficial, y dentro del curso en el que se hubiera matriculado o en el siguiente.

El estudiante habrá de proceder a la defensa pública del trabajo de fin de máster ante el correspondiente tribunal evaluador, dentro de los periodos que cada centro establezca al efecto, al menos dos por curso.

El estudiante podrá presentarse como máximo en dos ocasiones. Transcurrido dicho plazo sin que se hubiera superado la defensa, el estudiante deberá volver a matricularse.

 La defensa de los Trabajos Fin de Master se realizará en sesión pública, en las fechas establecidas, en periodo lectivo y ante el tribunal completo.

La exposición tendrá una duración máxima de quince minutos, a la que podrá seguir un debate con los miembros del Tribunal sobre su exposición, contenidos y metodología.

Calificación

La calificación del trabajo se realizará con el mismo baremo que el resto de las asignaturas de titulaciones oficiales. En el caso de que la nota sea inferior a cinco, el tribunal señalará los defectos apreciados, indicando las modificaciones que será preciso llevar a cabo en el trabajo o bien una nueva defensa del mismo.

CRITERIOS DE EVALUACIÓN

Hace referencia a la ponderación en % de la nota final, en relación con los diferentes aspectos del trabajo,  tanto en relación con su estructura y contenido, como  con su exposición y defensa ante el Tribunal:

Cada miembro del Tribunal, evaluará previamente los Trabajos Fin de Master presentados, de acuerdo con los siguientes criterios:

a. Tipo de trabajo: 0-2

b. Estructura: 0-2

c. Presentación: 0-1

d. Extensión: 0-1

e. Bibliografía: 0-1

Así mismo cada miembro del Tribunal, evaluará la exposición y defensa de los Trabajos Fin de Master presentados: 0-3

La nota final será el resultado de la media aritmética de las notas (Total), presentadas por cada miembro del tribunal  

La calificación se realizará  en escala numérica de 0 a 10, con expresión de un decimal, a la que podrá añadirse su correspondiente calificación cualitativa: 0- 4,9 Suspenso (SS). 5.9- 6,9 Aprobado (AP)- 7,0- 8,9 Notable (NT). 9,0- 10 Sobresaliente (SB).

4.1. Presentación metodológica general

Está regulada por el  Acuerdo de 11 de septiembre de 2014, del Consejo de Gobierno de la Universidad, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de los trabajos de fin de grado y de fin de máster en la Universidad de Zaragoza

Dirección.

1. Los trabajos de Fin de Máster contarán al menos con un director, y en su caso con un codirector que tutelen y supervisen la labor del estudiante.

2. El director o co-director deberán pertenecer a la plantilla de personal docente de la Universidad de Zaragoza y/o a una de las áreas de conocimiento vinculadas con la titulación correspondiente, o deberán formar parte de la plantilla de personal investigador de la Universidad de Zaragoza o de Centros Mixtos. La Comisión de Garantía de Calidad de la titulación podrá excepcionar alguna de estas condiciones a profesionales reconocidos emitiendo un informe razonado favorable.

3. Cuando no se cumplan o excepcionen las condiciones anteriores será necesario nombrar un profesor o miembro del personal investigador de la Universidad de Zaragoza que las cumpla y que asuma las labores de ponente, avalando la adecuación y la calidad del trabajo presentado.

4. Para dirigir los trabajos de fin de máster será necesaria la condición de doctor. Excepcionalmente, la Comisión de Garantía de Calidad de una titulación de máster podrá autorizar la dirección o codirección a profesores no doctores con un informe razonado.

5. La Comisión de Garantía de Calidad de la titulación podrán establecer el procedimiento de asignación de dirección de trabajos de fin de Master, teniendo en cuenta las especificidades de ésta.

6. El tema del trabajo se establecerá de común acuerdo entre el estudiante y su director. En última instancia, la Comisión de Garantía de Calidad de la titulación garantizará la asignación de tema y director para todos los estudiantes matriculados. Corresponde al director la validación y tutela del proceso de realización del trabajo.

7. La dirección de los trabajos se reflejará en la ficha del Plan de Ordenación Docente del profesor y será reconocida en los términos establecidos en las disposiciones normativas de esta Universidad.

4.2. Actividades de aprendizaje

Los Trabajos de Fin de Máster (TFM) constituirán una labor autónoma y personal del estudiante y consistirán en la realización de una memoria o proyecto en que se pongan de manifiesto los conocimientos, habilidades, aptitudes y actitudes adquiridos por el estudiante a lo largo de la titulación y  pondrá de manifiesto la capacidad del alumno de integrar, aplicar y desarrollar diferentes aspectos conceptuales y metodológicos aprendidos durante el Máster, para realizar y presentar públicamente un Proyecto de Investigación básica, cínica, aplicada o translacional en el ámbito de la Medicina. Contendrán suficientes elementos de creación personal y citarán adecuadamente todas las fuentes usadas. El tema del T.F.M. se establecerá de común acuerdo con el director o directores.

La Comisión de Garantía de calidad del Master de iniciación a la investigación en Medicina, no establece normas especiales en cuanto a extensión, ni encuadernación , aunque lógicamente deberá incluir y desarollar aspectos fundamentales como:  Título, Autor/ Director, Resumen/ Abstract, Indice, Justificación del tema, Introducción/ revisión bibliográfica/Estado actual del conocimiento, Objetivos,  Material y Métodos, Resultados, Discusión, Conclusiones, Bibliografía

 

4.3. Programa

PRESENTACION Y CONVOCATORIAS DE LOS T.F.M.

La presentación de la propuesta del Trabajo Fin de Máster, se realizará en la Secretaría del Centro: desde la matriculación hasta la última semana del mes de mayo, en modelo normalizado (Anexo I), que deberá contener los siguientes aspectos: 1.Título previsto, 2. Resumen del trabajo a desarrollar, donde se indicará el contexto, problemas y objetivos de la propuesta, 3.Visto bueno y aceptación del Director.

En un plazo de tiempo que no se prolongará más allá de la finalización del mes siguiente al de su presentación, las propuestas de los Trabajos serán informadas por la Comisión Académica del Máster, que podrá aprobarlas, rechazarlas, o solicitar al alumno o al director información complementaria sobre las mismas.

Se establecen dos  convocatorias para la defensa los Trabajos, según el calendario que establezcan los tribunales correspondientes, de acuerdo con el calendario académico:  20 de junio a 15 de julio y 5 a 20 de septiembre, que se comunicarán a los alumnos matriculados y se expondrán en espacios informativos públicos adaptados a tal fin, en la Secretaría de la Facultad de Medicina, con una antelación mínima de 15 días naturales y en las que se especificará lugar, fecha y hora y composición de los Tribunales y listado de los alumnos convocados.

Podrá plantearse una convocatoria extraordinaria en Diciembre propuesta por la Comisión de Garantía de calidad de la titulación.

 

4.4. Planificación de las actividades de aprendizaje y calendario de fechas clave

Calendario de sesiones presenciales y presentación de trabajos

 Propuesta

Presentación de la propuesta de Trabajo Fin de Máster, en modelo normalizado* (Anexo I), que deberá contener los siguientes aspectos: Título previsto. Resumen del trabajo a desarrollar, donde se indicará el contexto, problemas y objetivos de la propuesta. Visto bueno y aceptación del Director.

La presentación de la propuesta (Anexo I), será  para  todos los trabajos que se se vayan a presentar en alguna de las convocatorias del curso académico correspondiente.

Lugar y fechas de presentación: Secretaría del Centro: Desde la matriculación hasta la última semana del mes de mayo.

En un plazo de tiempo que no se prolongará más allá de la finalización del mes siguiente al de su presentación, las propuestas de los Trabajos serán informadas por la Comisión Académica del Máster, que podrá aprobarlas, rechazarlas, o solicitar al alumno o al director información complementaria sobre las mismas.

 Convocatorias

Se establecen dos  convocatorias para la defensa los Trabajos, según el calendario que establezcan los tribunales correspondientes:  20 de junio a 15 de julio y 10 a 20 de septiembre, que se comunicarán a los alumnos matriculados y se expondrán en espacios informativos públicos adaptados a tal fin, en los Departamentos y Secretaría de la Facultad de Medicina, con una antelación mínima de 15 días naturales y en las que se especificará lugar, fecha y hora y composición de los Tribunales y listado de los alumnos convocados,.

En respuesta a posibles alegaciones, o a eventuales comentarios del tribunal previos a la defensa, el autor o director/es o, en su caso, ponente, podrán decidir mantenerlo en su estado original, introducir modificaciones, o retirarlo, en cualquier momento antes de iniciarse la defensa.

En el caso de que se decida la retirada del Trabajo Fin de Master, se deberá reiniciar todo el proceso de depósito y defensa.

CALENDARIO:

Presentación de propuestas (ANEXO I) y Encuestas: Hasta la última semana del mes de mayo.

Depósito del trabajo: El estudiante deberá depositar su trabajo fin de máster en la forma en que haya dispuesto el centro, con el visto bueno del director o codirectores, a lo largo de los doce meses posteriores a su matriculación. Transcurrido el plazo anterior sin que se hubiese realizado el depósito, el estudiante deberá volver a matricularse.

Los Trabajos se depositarán en la Secretaría del Centro, una vez se hayan superado los 44 créditos necesarios  previos para su defensa.

Formato del depósito: Los trabajos se presentarán según los formatos y directrices oficiales de la Universidad de Zaragoza, salvo que el contenido de la materia exija un formato dinámico.

Los trabajos de fin de máster formarán parte del corpus bibliográfico de la Universidad de Zaragoza como resultado de la producción académica de sus estudiantes.

A tales efectos, se habilitará un procedimiento para su depósito electrónico en el repositorio de documentos de la Universidad de Zaragoza (ZAGUAN). Este trámite será previo y obligatorio a la defensa pública de los trabajos.

En todo caso, el archivo de los trabajos de fin de máster garantizará los derechos de autor conforme a lo establecido en la legislación vigente

los centros podrán solicitar a los alumnos el número de copias en papel que consideren oportunas*, sin imponer requisitos sobre la encuadernación:

Al realizar el depósito del TFM el estudiante deberá entregar: Un breve informe del director del Trabajo autorizando su presentación (Anexo II) y tres ejemplares de la memoria del Trabajo
